I provide flexible billing models to suit your property’s specific needs, ensuring cost transparency and value at every stage of collaboration.
Billing Options

Fixed Monthly Fee – Covers all management services. Ideal for clients who prefer predictable costs.

Hybrid Model – Fixed base fee + additional services billed separately. Perfect for flexible arrangements.

Hourly Billing – For one-off projects or smaller tasks, billed based on actual time (min. 2 hours).
Standard Rate
$80 + GST per hour
Applicable during standard working hours:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Additional Rates
After-Hours Emergency Call-Outs: $100 + GST per hour
(min. 2 hours).
For urgent matters requiring attention outside standard hours.
Business Hours
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Tailored working hours may be arranged in consultation with the Strata Committee.
