My Story in Property Management
For me, property management has never been just a profession — it’s a craft I’ve shaped through years of hands-on experience, learning from every building, every team, and every challenge along the way. My goal has always been simple: to ensure that every property I manage is a place where people feel comfortable, secure, and proud to live.
Early Beginnings
My journey started over a decade ago in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and North Shore, where I worked with a cleaning services company for strata communities. That’s where I first learned the importance of detail, coordination, and communication — small things that make a big difference in how a building functions day to day.
What began as routine work soon became a passion for understanding how buildings truly work — not just physically, but as living communities.
Growth and Specialisation
A few years later, I joined one of Sydney’s leading building management companies as an assistant manager. Over five years, I gained invaluable experience overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring safety and comfort for hundreds of residents.
Those years taught me that great management is built on proactive planning, transparent communication, and respect for everyone involved — from contractors to residents.
My Own Business and Global Perspective
After refining my skills in Australia, I returned to Poland and opened my own property management office, overseeing 25 buildings across multiple cities.
Running my own firm gave me a deep appreciation for both leadership and accountability. It was there that I truly realised how fulfilling it is to create tangible improvements in people’s everyday lives — from reliable services to well-maintained spaces that make residents proud of their community.
Return to Sydney and Further Development
When I came back to Sydney, I knew exactly what I wanted: to take my experience and turn it into something lasting. I joined one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the city and was soon entrusted with the management of key properties. This phase allowed me to strengthen my network, deepen my local market understanding, and continue developing as both a professional and a leader.
